Pricing
Priced by the market you hire in, not by the seats you fill.
One commute market is one shed, and one shed is one price no matter how many buildings or how many people you put on it. Seats are unlimited on every paid tier, forever. The whole ladder is published below, including the enterprise band, because a price you have to ask for is a price that moves.
Status
These prices are locked. Billing is not open yet.
Futureful is pre-launch. There is no checkout on this site and nothing here can charge a card. What is published below is the price list we have committed to, so a founding partner can plan against a real number instead of a promise, and so nobody discovers the meter after they are already invested in the product.
There is also no meter running yet. Nothing in the product counts sheds, seats or roles today, so a founding partner and a demo visitor see the same console: all of it.
Every tier below is split in two, on purpose. In the console today is running right now and you can walk all of it in the live demo. At launch is the locked offer that founding partners are shaping and it is not built. We will not blur that line to make a card look fuller.
The meter
A labor shed, not a location.
A labor shed is one commute market: a county, or a population-weighted ring around a site. If you run four buildings and they all hire out of the same commute, that is one shed and one price, not four. It is the unit the data is actually organized in, so it is the unit we charge in. Price per location or per seat, the way this category usually does, and you are taxed for being one employer in one market with more than one door.
The differentiator
Unlimited seats. Always.
On every paid tier. Recruiters, hiring managers, site leads, finance, the person who only ever opens it twice a year. We do not count people, we do not sell a per-seat upgrade, and there is no edition of this product where a colleague is a line item.
One shed, one price
Two sites in one shed bill once.
At launch the dedupe runs when you sign up and again every time you add a site, and the result is shown to you before you pay, not after. If your two sites are one commute market, you will see us say so and charge you once.
Terms
Monthly. Cancel anytime.
Core is month to month with no minimum term. Annual is simply 10 times monthly, so a year costs what 10 months cost. The only tier that comes with a contract is Network, and it says so.
The tiers
Free forever, and one paid tier above it.
Free is not a trial and it does not expire. It is one shed, and it stays one shed for as long as you want it to. Core is the same product with the meter taken off and every instrument unlocked.
Free · “Labor Shed”
$0forever
1 shed · 3 saved roles · no card, no phone number, and no sales call. Not a trial, not a window that closes, not a demo that locks.
- Post a role and draft the description from your own facts, never from an invented duty.
- Where BLS publishes a wage for your metro, the band resolves live beside the role you are writing, carrying its source. Where it does not, the console says so in plain words and asks you for a range instead of quietly guessing one.
- How many active postings compete for the same occupation in your county, and how that count changes when you widen to the metro, each printed with its own coverage disclosure.
- Decompose on every panel that carries a number: wage, supply, postings, apprenticeships, certs.
- The live demo, on real market data, with no account and no card.
- Title Check, in English and Spanish: what this market actually calls the work you posted.
- Competitive Set, the top 5 of N with N stated, naming the employers hiring your role in your county.
- The county posted-wage band across all shifts, with the disclosure rate printed inline, beside the national OEWS row.
- The Ramp Calendar for the role, so you know the month you should have posted in.
- Program count within 25 miles, and the incentive-program count for your state and occupation with the next deadline date.
- One watermarked Exhibit per role per month, and the monthly email.
Core
$199per shed, per month
Unlimited seats. Monthly, cancel anytime. Annual is 10 times monthly. Volume is on the published ladder below, so there is no quote and no negotiation to lose.
- Everything in Free, unmetered.
- Everyone who raised a hand to you in one place: applied, saved, shortlisted. We never put a stranger in front of you, and we never rank the people who did.
- One pipeline with four stages you move yourself: shared, interview requested, hired, passed. Aging flagged at 5 days.
- Shortlists, saved views on your lists, and CSV export from pipeline and shortlist.
- Messaging with the adults you are connected to, in one inbox.
- Company profile with a real completeness checklist and a preview of exactly what candidates see.
- Team invites, scoped to your organization in the database and not just in the interface.
- Analytics from your own funnel with real week-over-week movement, and an honest unavailable panel instead of a confident zero when a number cannot be read.
- A Monday digest, and a nudge when someone has been waiting 5 days. Aggregate counts only, never a person's name.
- National OEWS, with shift as a first-class dimension. Wage percentiles by shift, not one blended base number.
- The full Competitive Set at ring radius: named employers, fresh share, how long they have been hiring it, a staffing badge, and reposts per year.
- The Agency Spread: what staffing firms post for the same work in your shed, the measured spread against direct employers, and their share of the market. We publish measured posted rates only, never a bill rate or a markup we did not observe.
- Turnover Radar, framed strictly as posting behavior and never as an inference about anyone's tenure.
- The full Ramp Calendar at county grain, overlaid with program completion months.
- The Supply Formation roster: named institutions and programs, completions, completion months, and a published program office to call. We never invent a contact name.
- The Money Desk: credential grants, wage reimbursement, apprenticeship sponsorship, state credits and WOTC categories for your state and occupation. Every row carries a primary source, a verified-on date, an amount and a deadline, and an expired deadline renders as expired rather than disappearing.
- Widen the Req, licensure-aware: where the target occupation is state-certified it refuses a lateral substitution outright and returns the credentialing path instead, with the program, the weeks, the cost and the matching Money Desk row.
- The Posting Workbench in English and Spanish, and the Pay Transparency Pack, which renders only in states where it applies and does not render an empty card anywhere else.
- The unwatermarked Exhibit, alerting, the Monday Brief, PDF export, history, and the Portfolio Console.

- Network
For the buyer with a security review
Two tiers that come with a contract and a human.
No sales call is a genuine advantage when you can simply start, and an outright blocker when a security review has to sign before anyone can. We are willing to be two companies about that, and the line where it changes is published rather than discovered.
Assurance add-on
$500per month
Available on Core at 2 sheds or more. Included in Network.
- SSO and SAML.
- The SOC 2 Type II report.
- MSA and DPA.
- A named customer success manager.
- A 5-business-day SLA on security questionnaires.
- Quarterly data export.
None of this is live today. It is the layer a large organization's security review needs before it can say yes, and it is priced now so that it is a line item later instead of a negotiation.
Network
$36,000 to $60,000per year, published band
For 41 sheds or more, or 25 sites or more. This is the band, not a starting point and not a “contact us for pricing”. You know what this costs before you ever speak to us.
- Every shed you operate in, unlimited seats, and the Portfolio Console across all of them.
- Assurance included.
- Guard included at the $60,000 tier.
- API and CSV feed.
- A quarterly business review with a named human.
Network is not a volume discount. It is the tier that comes with a contract, a security review and a named human.
Talk to us about NetworkThe human rule, said out loud
Below 16 sheds, the phone field genuinely does not exist.
We are not collecting your number to route you to a rep. At 16 sheds or more, or on any Assurance, Network, Guard Multi, sponsor or RPO path, there is a named human, because at that size a contract and a security questionnaire are real work that a signup form cannot do. Both halves of that are the offer, not a funnel.
Futureful Guard, sold separately
A different product, a different buyer, a different budget.
Guard will be minor-employment compliance, and it will get its own shell rather than a tab inside the hiring product. That separation is deliberate: the person who needs it is the general counsel, the compliance officer or the risk owner, it comes out of a different budget than the hiring tools do, and burying it in a hiring nav tells every employer who does not hire minors that this product was built for someone else.
Guard Solo
$499per year
One site, up to 10 minors employed.
Guard Multi
$149per site, per year
Minimum $2,500, capped at $30,000 however many sites you run. Guard is included at the $60,000 Network tier.
Where it actually stands
No employer can use Guard today. The federal hazardous-occupation logic behind it is written and running, but it runs inside our own match engine on the job-seeker side, where it filters what a young person is allowed to be shown. Guard is the shell that will put that same logic in front of the person who signs for it. Telling you it exists now would be the exact failure this company is built to not commit, so the price is published and the status is published with it.
The bound that never moves
Guard screens tasks and schedules. It never screens people. It will produce no ranking, no score and no ordered list of anyone, and an unknown age fails closed rather than open. A compliance product that guessed at a birthday would be the liability, not the control.
If you are buying for other employers
Three partner paths, priced on the page.
Associations, staffing firms and RPOs, and PEOs buy this differently than a single employer does. All three are at launch, and the third one is further out than the other two.
Association or sponsor
$18,000 / year
Up to 150 member employers at Core, one shed each, on a co-branded shed page with an aggregate member view. A member has to activate to consume a slot, so you are buying users and not logos.
Staffing and RPO seat license
$99 · $65 · $49 / seat
$99 at 5 to 9 seats, $65 at 10 to 24, $49 at 25 or more, minimum 5 seats. Multi-client workspace, sheds side by side, client-branded export. We do not hide the staffing flag from employers in order to sell this. Both sides buy the same truth, and we say so on both sides.
PEO and ASO white label
$29 / worksite / year
Wholesale, minimum $25,000. This one is not a today build and we are not going to pretend otherwise: it is scheduled for Q4 2026.
Not an upsell, not a roadmap item
What no amount of money buys here.
Most of this list is the sort of thing a category leader quietly sells at the top tier. We do not, and the refusal is enforced in our build rather than promised in our copy. It is also why there is no bias audit for you to commission on us: there is no automated employment decision tool to audit.
No fit score, no match percentage, no readiness number, no ranked list of people, and no automated screen. Not later, not as an enterprise option, not ever.
No resume screener, no AI interviewer, no video scoring, no personality assessment.
No proximity filter applied to a person. Radius applies to markets, postings, programs and employers, never as a criterion that includes or excludes a human being.
No work-authorization, citizenship or national-origin signal at any depth.
No seat counting, no demo wall, no per-module pricing below the Network line, and no twelve-month contract below it either.
Locked before launch
You cannot buy this yet. You can shape what you will be buying.
Founding partners get founding terms locked in against the ladder above, direct influence over which of the launch instruments we build first, and hands-on setup. If you would rather just ask what this would cost for your sheds, book the call instead. Both doors go to a real inbox, not into a sequence.
